All our price quoted in the US Dollars are guaranteed for one month from the time we sent you the initial quotation, after which they are subject to change to reflect the factors beyond our control such as fluctuations in exchange rate, fuel surcharge by domestic airlines, and other unforseen factors.
However, after we have confirmed your booking by issuing our 'confirmation invoice', the prices for the arrangements in Myanmar will be fully guaranteed for six months provided that the client makes the deposit within one month followed by payment in full amount within three months from the day we issue our 'confirmation invoice'.
Our quoted price includes transfers & sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicles, boat fee (for some destinations), accommodation (Twin-shared basis), and meals as mentioned in each itinerary.
Depending on your request, our quoted price may include English-speaking guide(s) to accompany you throughout the tour, or local guide(s) stationed in each destination, or no tour guide at all. There will be additional charges for guide(s) who speak other languages.The quotation also includes entrance fees, domestic airfares and services as shown in each itinerary.
Not included in the tour prices are international air tickets, visa fees, airport tax, any type of insurance, tours & meals other than mentioned in the program, and expenditure of personal nature such as drinks, souvenirs, gratuity, laundry, phone, fax and e-mails expenses, etc..
50% deposit in US Dollars of the total quoted price is required within one month after we sent our 'confirmation invoice' payable directly to Asia Pearl Travels & Tours Co. Ltd. in Yangon or to one of our authorized travel agent or representative as mentioned in the 'confirmation invoice'.
Services shall not be provided unless remittance reaches us prior to the arrival of the client(s). Cash on arrival is acceptable only when payment cannot be made fully in advance.
Children under the age of 12 may be shared with adults for accommodation and may get discounted price for airfare.
After commencement of the tour, no refund in part nor in full will be given for services included in the itinerary which are not utilized by the clients.
Occasionally, our authorized tour guide may ask for verbal permission to take photographs of the clients during the tours. Asia Pearl Travels reserves the right to use such materials for our website, or for advertising purposes, or for brochure production without obtaining further written consent from the client. The company also reserves the right to use any comments clients make regarding the tours to be used in our website or in other forms of promotion materials for the Agency.
The client acknowledges that he/she will provide Asia Pearl Travels with personal information of all the parties he/she books with Asia Pearl Travels for the purpose of making and completing airline bookings and travel related arrangements on behalf of the client(s). Asia Pearl Travels will not sell the personal information of the client(s) to any other organizations in any circumstances.
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding our services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such effort would fail, the contract shall be finally settled by laws and arbitrations of the Union of Myanmar.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that necessary visas and travel documents are obtained to enter Myanmar for all the parties he/she is booking with Asia Pearl Travels, and ascertain that passport(s) of all the parties are valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
Asia Pearl Travels & Tours Co. Ltd. acts only as the agent for the passengers traveling whether by rail-road, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the client(s), including those occurring outside our tour programs. We assume no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, civil unrest or other causes beyond our control. Participation in the tour implies the agreement by the client to the above conditions.
